Below is the complete process for both methods.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>1) Offline Process<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Visit the <strong>Sharjah Tasjeel Auto Village<\/strong> with your car. The presence of the current owner is a must at Sharjah Tasjeel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Do the <strong>export to Dubai test<\/strong> at <em>Sharjah Tasjeel Auto Village<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Once the export test is done, submit the <strong>plates at Sharjah Tasjeel<\/strong> and issue a <strong>Transfer to Dubai Certificate,\u00a0<\/strong>transfer certificate can be issued on the current owner&#8217;s name or, in case of ownership change, it can be issued on the buyer&#8217;s name. For ownership change, the buyer&#8217;s driver&#8217;s licence must be provided at Sharjah Tasjeel to issue the transfer certificate on the buyer&#8217;s name.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Once the transfer to Dubai certificate is issued and Sharjah process is done, take the vehicle to Dubai for registration:\n<ul>\n<li>Complete the <strong>registration test<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Take insurance,<\/strong>\u00a0and<\/li>\n<li><strong>Register the car<\/strong>\u00a0at RTA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>2) Online Process<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If you prefer doing it digitally, here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> The car owner needs to sign up for the <strong>Digital Service Agreement\u00a0<\/strong>in the Tamm app, if the case is transferring the car with ownership change.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 2:<\/strong>\u00a0On the <strong>TAMM app<\/strong>, choose <strong>\u2018Transfer Vehicle File Within UAE\u2019<\/strong> and select <strong>\u2018Along with Ownership\u2019 <\/strong>only if you&#8217;re transferring with ownership change.
